Please bring your Level 2 Manual. We will prepare ourselves with a short practice and 15-30min meditation. We will cover organ systems each week and review the 9-3-9 fundamental healing process. We will practice Qigong balancing each other with my supervision so that I may help you with any questions or concerns. Level 3 Group Healing optional.

Please bring your Qi~ssage Manual. We will prepare ourselves with bouncing and some tapping and cupping. I will give a short lesson on the Acupressure points that we will be stimulating during the session. We will alternate our weekly classes stimulating the Acupressure points on the head and back one week, and the points on the arms, hips and legs the following week. We will practice Qi~ssage on each other with my supervision so that I may help you with any questions or concerns.

Private Classes and 3 week to 8 week SFQ Intro Series
You will learn how the 4 key elements of Breath, Mental Focus, Gentle Movements and Sound work together to balance your mind, body and spirit.
With balance comes emotional and physical healing as well as peace of mind and increased happiness.
Each class begins with 10-15 minutes of instruction and continues with participatory practice employing the 4 key elements, meditation and ending with Harvesting of Qi.
